Apple tart with miso dulce de leche
The tart recipe is courtesy Mark Bittman, and I use the dough portion for pretty much anything that requires pie-ish dough. The sauce was easy - microwave some dulce de leche, stir in shiro miso, spoon on top of the tart. The sweet-milky-salty thing the sauce has going on definitely improved the already good tart.
