pistachio-crusted scallops (little fuckers) with edamame-lime cream and maple-miso sauce. notes:scallops were cooked properly but were tiiiiny. edamame sauce was a bit grainy. the pistachio thing was a bad idea. maple and miso makes a great sauce, will use for dipping fried food.
